Terms & Conditions: Standard Classes & Private Coaching Scope & Registration
These terms apply to all regular adult group classes, open classes, workshops, masterclasses, and executive private coaching offered by Attitude Ballet Vienna at our studio located at Pfeilgasse 14, 1080 Wien.
- Booking: All class registrations must be made prior to attendance via our online booking portal.
- Capacity: To maintain a high standard of personal instruction, spaces in group classes are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
Pricing & Payment
- Rates: Current prices for single drop-in classes, class passes, and private training sessions are displayed on our official booking platform.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. Payments can be completed online via credit card or approved digital payment methods.
- Class Passes & Memberships: Multi-class passes and block packages are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period from the date of purchase. Unused classes after the expiration date will be forfeited and will not receive a standard refund.
- Attendance, Punctuality & Studio Etiquette
- Arrival: Dancers are welcome to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time to allow sufficient time to change and warm up.
- Late Arrivals: For safety reasons and to avoid disrupting the class, entry may be denied if a participant arrives more than 10 minutes late once the warm-up at the barre has commenced. Denied entry due to tardiness does not entitle the participant to a credit or refund.
- Dress Code: Appropriate dancewear or comfortable athletic clothing that allows full range of movement is required. Soft ballet shoes or socks are mandatory; street shoes are strictly prohibited in the studio spaces.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Group Classes: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the start of a scheduled group class will receive a class credit added back to the participant's account. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of class start time, or no-shows, will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
- Private Coaching & Custom Workshops: Private lessons require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling without penalty. Late cancellations or missed sessions will be billed in full.
- Medical Exceptions: Cancellations due to illness or injury made on short notice may be converted into class credit upon presentation of a valid doctor’s note (Ärztliches Attest).
- Studio Cancellations: In the rare event that a class is cancelled by Attitude Ballet Vienna (e.g., instructor illness), participants will receive a full credit or refund for that session.
- Health, Safety & Liability
- Physical Fitness: By attending classes, participants confirm that they are in good health and physically fit to participate in dance activities. It is the dancer’s responsibility to inform the instructor prior to class of any pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy.
- Liability Waiver: Attendance in physical classes is strictly at the participant's own risk. Attitude Ballet Studios Vienna accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained during classes, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the studio.
- Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property inside the premises.
