• The Foundation (40 min): A technical warm-up specifically designed for “Don Q” dynamics—focusing on sharp footwork, stable balances, and the high-energy épaulement required for the Barcelona square.

• The Repertoire (The Seguidilla): We will learn and rehearse the iconic Seguidilla ensemble choreography from Act I. The focus is on rhythmic synchronisation, theatrical presence, and mastery of the fan as a percussive instrument in the dance.

• The Transformation: Access our specialised archive for professional fan selection and Spanish-style skirts. Includes a masterclass on character-driven stage makeup—mastering the bold, expressive look of the Spanish lead.

• The Performance: The workshop concludes with a professionally staged ensemble performance of the Seguidilla, recorded and photographed. We strip away the student persona to reveal the spirited performer within.
