The Visionary Behind the Barre

Laura Cristinoiu | Founder & Artistic Director

“Artistry is not an accident; it is architected.”

With over 15 years of experience launching and managing international performance arts studios across Bucharest and Vienna, Laura Cristinoiu brings a rare fusion of National Opera prestige and strategic business mastery to the London stage.

A former professional dancer with the National Opera Bucharest, Laura transitioned from the stage to the studio to redefine how ballet is taught, seen, and experienced. As the winner of the Prestige Award for Ballet School of the Year (2024), her work is defined by a commitment to the Vaganova method, infused with a modern understanding of adult empowerment and technical discipline.

The Producer - Full-Cycle Excellence Laura doesn't just teach; she builds worlds. From the choreography of The Nutcracker to the grand scale of Don Quixote (2025), she manages the full-cycle production—from costume design and logistics to the coordination of soloists from the Vienna State Opera.

The International Partner  As a principal partner in the Erasmus+ Teachers for SwanZ project, Laura co-authored the international manual on teaching ballet technique. She has mentored over 40 educators, ensuring that the "Attitude" standard of instruction is consistent across borders.

The Strategic Mentor, specialising in adult ballet and professional development, Laura’s approach focuses on validation. She believes that every student—whether a child or a professional adult—deserves to be seen as an artist. Her method is the "Architecture of Confidence."

"As Attitude Ballet expands into the London dance scene, I invite you to join a community where technical mastery finally meets artistic validation. My mission is to bring the 'Architecture of Artistry' to the city's most prestigious studios, creating a mobile centre for elite training and professional development. I invite you to step beyond the barre, embrace the discipline of the Vaganova method, and take your rightful place in the dancing world. Your journey toward technical precision and artistic confidence begins now—I look forward to seeing you in the studio."
