By accessing this site and joining the London Registry, you are engaging with a brand that has been architecting artistry since 2010. We provide elite training for adults, children, and professionals with a commitment to technical mastery.
2. Booking & The London Expansion
- The Registry: Joining the Registry provides priority access but does not guarantee a booking until a formal invitation is issued, and payment is confirmed.
- Workshop Enrollment: Enrollment is strictly limited to ensure individualised attention. We reserve the right to refuse service to maintain the studio’s professional environment.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Professional Commitment: Because our workshops are boutique and highly sought after, cancellations must be made 7 days in advance.
- Refunds: Workshop fees are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to future sessions at the Director’s discretion. This ensures the stability of our productions and class schedules.
4. Intellectual Property
The content, choreography, and “Strategic Design” methodology found on Attitudeballet.com and Attitudestudios.at are the exclusive property of The Attitude Ballet. No part of our repertoire or branding may be reproduced without the Director’s written consent.
5. Liability
Ballet is a physical discipline. While we provide elite instruction, students participate at their own risk. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit for the level of training they have chosen.
6. Governing Law
As we bloom in the UK, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For our European operations, Austrian law remains the primary jurisdiction until the full London transition in September 2026.
7. Photography & Social Media Artistry
- Capturing the Moment: We celebrate the joy and discipline of our dancers. Students are welcome to capture their journey through photography and video, provided it does not disrupt the flow of the workshop or the privacy of fellow dancers.
- Tagging & Community: We encourage you to share your artistry and tag @TheAttitudeBallet (or your specific handle). While we love seeing your progress, please note that a tag does not guarantee a repost on our official channels.
- Brand Curation: We reserve the right to curate our digital stage to maintain the brand’s specific aesthetic and professional standards.
- Official Media: By participating in a workshop, you acknowledge that The Attitude Ballet may occasionally capture professional footage for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify the Director before the session begins.
