FROM VIENNA TO LONDON: A NEW ERA OF ARTISTRY

Building a legacy of technical precision and theatrical performance since 2010.

BEHIND THE ATTITUDE

THE ENGINE OF ARTISTRY

My journey began in 2010 when I founded Attitude Ballet in Bucharest. My goal was never to teach steps but to transform the dancer's psychological empowerment. I have built this brand from the ground up—aligning name, strategy, and technical rigour to create a standard that now enrols over 150 students annually.

In 2019, I expanded this vision to the heart of Vienna, establishing Attitude Ballet Studios. By personally collaborating with elite artists from the Vienna State Opera and directing grand productions like The Nutcracker and Don Quixote, I have created a unique global axis. This is my blueprint: integrating adult dancers with professionals on world-class stages through uncompromising training and scenography.

THE MATURE ARTIST

I believe the adult dancer is a unique intellectual artist. Throughout my career, I have found that the psychological process for the mature dancer is deeper, requiring a specific authority in coaching. I specialise in identifying the ideal role for every individual, stripping away the "hobbyist" label through my customised workshops and intensives.

Every production I direct is designed to empower. I work closely with my students to navigate the technical and psychological demands of the repertoire, ensuring they don't just "do" ballet—they perform it. On my stage, the transition is absolute: you are supported by my decade of experience to trust the process, find your confidence, and truly own the spotlight.

VOICES FROM THE FRONT ROW

I had been practising ballet on my own for quite a long time, but not professionally, and Laura is the first person who actually gave me a strong technical foundation. At the same time, it never felt like a typical strict ballet school where everything is rigid or where, as an adult, you might feel out of place or not taken seriously. She manages to teach real technique in a way that is engaging and adapted to you as a person — your body, your anatomy — rather than forcing you into abstract ballet standards.

What makes this experience truly unique is that she also creates her own productions and involves students very early on. I hadn’t even fully “learned how to dance” yet, and I was already participating in performances. For many adults, performing ballet on stage feels like an unreachable dream, but here it becomes real very quickly. It’s not about perfection, but about working with your actual level and growing through the process. The whole learning experience is both high-quality and genuinely enjoyable — something I haven’t encountered in other ballet schools

I really enjoyed both the Nutcracker and Swan Lake workshops with Attitude Ballet Studio. They were such a highlight in my daily life as a full time office worker — honestly, a real source of dopamine after busy workdays.

What I loved most was the energy of doing something beautiful together with others. There was such a special feeling of connection, encouragement, and shared passion in the studio.

Thank you for creating such wonderful workshops!

I began taking ballet classes at Attitude Ballet Studios as a beginner, and fell in love with ballet thanks to Laura’s great teaching! The studio has a warm and friendly atmosphere, with a variety of classes for all levels. I have especially enjoyed the exciting opportunities to apply the skills learnt in the studio to performances, having the chance to dance alongside incredible dancers of all levels.
